What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations to keep service running smoothly
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all kitchen areas
* Ensuring all equipment, utensils, and workspaces are cleaned and sanitised correctly
* Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
* Assisting with basic food prep as required, under the direction of the chefs
* Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
* Helping maintain organisation, stock rotation, and waste control
