We are now recruiting for the role of a Barista. The ideal candidate will have infectious personality and incredible coffee skills to support the General Manager in our new shop in the new Cotswolds Designer Outlet.

Responsibilities of the Role:
* Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
* Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun
* Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation
Requirements:
* Be organised, hard-working and reliable
* Must be able to lift 15kg minimum for deliveries
* Be flexible and highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated team
* Understanding of food preparation
* Ensuring all orders and deliveries are received and checked correctly
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/high volume environment and adapt quickly to changes
* Providing exceptional customer service at all times
* To adhere to all company policies and procedures
