The Role
We’re looking for an energetic and highly motivated Production Assistant to join our creative production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a crucial part in helping shoots and activations run smoothly—working at major global sporting events and contributing to content that reaches millions.
You’ll be the person who makes things happen. Whether it’s prepping equipment, managing schedules, supporting the crew, or simply stepping in to solve problems before they arise—you’ll do what’s needed to keep the production moving and the team supported.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with production experience who thrives in high-energy environments and wants to grow their career in a creative, fast-paced agency setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Support producers and creatives on-site during content shoots and activations around the world.
* Anticipate production needs and provide hands-on support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Help manage kit, props, set-up, location logistics, and equipment organisation.
* Act as a runner during shoots—coordinating talent, crew, or client needs as required.
* Stay alert and flexible—ready to respond to challenges and pitch in wherever needed.
* Support travel and event logistics including set-up, crew support, and documentation.
* Assist with behind-the-scenes content capture, shoot notes, and administrative tasks when required.
* Maintain professionalism and positivity in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
* Champion teamwork, communication, and a collaborative approach throughout every project.
About You
* Experience working on shoots or in a production environment (agency, brand, content or broadcast).
* Strong organisational skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
* Comfortable in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
* A genuine love of sport and an appreciation for content creation.
* A strong team player who thrives when supporting others and working toward shared goals.
* Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
* Interest in building a career in creative production, content, or campaigns.
* Available to travel internationally and work flexible hours during live events.
* Bonus if you’ve worked in fast-paced media, sport, or entertainment settings before.
About the Benefits
* Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
* Flexible working environment (hybrid) – 2 days per week at London offices.
* 30 days of holiday per year, plus standard Bank Holidays.
* Access to WePlay Academy Training and external knowledge shares.
* Monthly socials and industry event access.
* Enhanced parental leave policies.
* Mental wellness support on MyndUp, including access to the Calm App
