Reporting directly into the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in driving production performance, labour efficiency, quality standards, and operational stability across the site. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who can quickly integrate into an existing team, lead from the front, and stabilise or improve production performance in a busy FMCG environment.
