The Role
You will work on diverse client projects acting as an extension of their internal teams. Your mission is simple: Fill the client's calendar with qualified appointments.
* Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-quality outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to start conversations.
* Cold Calling: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone. You engage directly to build trust and lock in the meeting.
* Rigorous Qualification: You don't just throw names over the fence. You qualify prospects deeply and only book meetings that stick.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for self-starters who take ownership of their results. We don't micromanage; we measure the outcomes.
* Native UK English: You are a native-level speaker with a command of UK business nuances.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of SDR experience with a track record of hitting meeting quotas.
* Hunter Mentality: You love the chase and you know how to close for the appointment.
* Availability: You are available for fractional or full-time capacity (between 40 and 160 hours per month).
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
