Teaching Assistant Alternative Education (Full-Time)
Are you a dynamic and creative individual with a passion for education? We are looking for a enthusiastic Teaching Assistantto join our alternative education team and help inspire students to think beyond traditional learning!

Salary:
£22,759.34 - £25,331.46 Per Anum What School Offer:

What School is Looking For:
Engagement: Ability to connect with learners and support their ambitions.
Emotional Intelligence: Passionate about making a positive impact on students lives.
Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: Prior experience in an education setting or a related role.
Understanding: Familiarity with alternative education and working with students with special educational needs.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate professionally with students and staff.
