About the Role: • Financial Management: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date. • Meeting Packs and Minutes: Prepare and distribute meeting packs, take detailed minutes during meetings, and ensure all relevant documents are available to team members. • Action Tracking: Track and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and any issues are escalated appropriately. • Resource forecasting: Create and maintain resourcing forecasting to identify upcoming staffing needs & support informed decision making. • Planning and Scheduling: Assist with project planning and scheduling, including coordinating meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities. • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Data Transformation Delivery team, including document management, update packs, and other ad hoc tasks. About You: • You are great with numbers and budgeting. • You possess strong organisational and time management skills. • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • You possess strong understanding of analysing and interpreting data. • You have the ability to take accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes. • You have attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in creating meeting packs. • You have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
