Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer
Location: Canterbury
Salary: £30,000 per annum + £4,800 Car Allowance
Sector: Social Housing
Must have UK valid driving licence
The project is scattered housing, there will be a base for the candidate to work with the site manager.
We will be completing works such as installing new loft insulation, external wall / cavity wall insulation, solar panels, windows and some internal measures such as timed zoned heating controls.
The candidate will need experience within a previous RLO role and some relevant construction knowledge, they must be able to use a computer well as they will be required to fill in trackers on Microsoft excel and answer any queries on email and of course, communication in this role is key.
Key Responsibilities of the Resident Liaison Officer:
* Engaging with residents and understand the needs of the community to deliver a personal service
* Provide a friendly courteous service in connection with residents
* Support, communicate and advise the site team

* Undertake resident profiling to identify individual needs and tailor our service
* Implement our Customer Journey process to guide residents to manage expectations, maximise satisfaction and explain works, give notices, write newsletters etc
* Make access arrangements mutually convenient with residents
* Attend evening/weekend appointments where necessary
* Organise community events
* Manage complains/compliments and deal with all feedback. Keep complaints log with remedial actions and report weekly to the client
* Lead aftercare/handover service
Requirements of the Resident Liaison Officer:
* 1+ year of experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (Social Housing).
* Strong communication skills and empathy.
