Are you an ambitious and organised legal professional looking to develop your career in residential conveyancing? We’re seeking a dedicated Residential Paralegal to join our dynamic property team at a well-established firm in Bexleyheath .
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting solicitors in handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation including contracts and title deeds
Conducting searches, dealing with Land Registry and mortgage lenders
Assisting with client onboarding, AML checks, and file opening procedures
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files using a case management system
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential conveyancing
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload under supervision
A proactive and client-focused attitude
Experience with legal case management systems is advantageous
