The Role
London South East Colleges is seeking to recruit a Business Administrator Apprentice to work as a Careers Team Administrator.
The Apprentice will:
1. Help organise and coordinate career-related events and workshops to support student employability and career development.
2. Manage and update databases to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of student information, supporting effective career services. Ensure that the administration of Careers Team services and activities is accurate, effective, and timely.
3. Assist students, staff, and external partners with inquiries, delivering excellent customer service to enhance overall experience and satisfaction.
4. Empower other staff around the college to support the CEIAG agenda and to signpost students to appropriate, professional sources of IAG.
Skills and Experience
Applicants should have a good ability to work with people and aspire to achieve the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
