Job Description
3. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Assist with bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
5. Support the preparation of financial reports and month-end activities.
6. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
7. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
8. Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly and professionally.
9. Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.
10. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role within the FMCG industry.
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
14. Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
15. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
