Waking Night Support Worker
Caring for adults with learning disabilities & challenging behaviour.

Job Type: Part-time (24 hours per week), 7.45pm to 8am shifts
Support: Regular and close supervision and support from Management
Development: Career progression and development actively encouraged and supported
Training: Full in-house training provided and support with professional qualifications (NVQ, Diplomas, CPD etc.)
Night staff wanted to provide support to our service users who are residents with learning disabilities.
We are looking for individuals who have a loyal, caring attitude and a genuine interest in people's welfare.
The role of Support Worker is to ensure that our service users are provided with quality care and life experiences.
We work closely alongside our qualified and highly skilled in-house clinical team to offer practical assistance, advice, encouragement & support in order that our service users might develop their skills and work toward maximising their independence.
