Responsibilities Review of customer contracts, negotiation with contractors, highlighting and reporting issues when necessary. Applying for Stage Payments; Off-Site Goods Payment (Raising Valuations & Vesting Certificate Maintaining regularly Schedule of Valuation Dates Maintaining Retention Schedule, responsible for reconciling and chasing of retention amounts regularly including raising contract valuations Reconciliation of Contract Ledger Debtors. Reviewing customer credit terms. Chasing Payments from Customers. Prompt resolution of queries on construction contracts. Production of Invoices Posting Cash Receipt Journals Maintaining Contract Orders & Warranties Register Requirements Construction and legal or contract compliance background Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence working with numbers Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
