Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire and develop the Client Services Team to deliver outstanding service, achieve monthly sales targets and meet agreed SLAs. Oversee the smooth, accurate processing of enquiries, quotations and orders, keeping efficiency high and momentum strong. Champion smarter processes and performance measures that keep the team sharp, consistent and customer-focused. Prioritise workloads with confidence, ensuring the team stays organised and service levels remain consistently excellent. Collaborate closely with Production, Sales and Operations to support realistic lead times and a seamless order flow. Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, quick issue resolution and dependable day-to-day support. Serve as the ERP champion and trainer for BBMC, driving best practice, system confidence and continuous improvement across the team.
