Care Team Leader / Trainer
Full-Time | Office & Community-Based | Driving Essential
The successful candidate will be required to reside in the Ipswich, Woodbridge or Felixstowe area.
We are looking for a Care Team Leader / Trainer to support and line-manage our dedicated Care Professionals. This is a full-time position, based both in our office and out in the community, with participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota.

We are currently recruiting a Care Team Leader / Trainer who will play a pivotal role in supporting and line-managing our dedicated Care Professionals. This is a full-time position, based both in our office and out in the community, with participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver new Care Professional Orientation Training
* Facilitate Home Instead's Dementia and End of Life Care training courses
* Support Care Professionals in the community and during on-call hours
* Be trained and qualified to deliver Medication Administration and Moving & Positioning support
* Lead, motivate, and develop team members to provide the highest standard of care
Qualifications
About You
This role would suit an experienced Care Professional or Senior Carer who is looking to take the next step in their career.
We're looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about helping others and supporting colleagues
* Has strong communication and leadership skills
* Is organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional care
* Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own car
