Job Description
3. Manage AR processes and ensure timely collection of payments.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer financial records.
5. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
6. Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
7. Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
8. Provide support for internal and external audits.
9. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve billing queries.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the AR functions.
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience in accounting & finance, specifically in accounts receivable.
12. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
13. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
17. May be working towards an accountancy degree
