Location: Nottingham (Primarily office‑based)

We’re supporting a Nottingham‑based organisation seeking a Temporary Payroll & HR Administrator to join their team. This is a 50/50 split role covering both payroll administration and HR support, ideal for someone organised, detail‑driven, and confident working in a busy office environment.
* Inputting new starters, leavers, and contract changes into the integrated HR/payroll system
* Inputting payroll data, processing changes, and handling payroll queries
* Drafting offer letters, contracts, and contract amendment letters
* Coordinating onboarding processes and maintaining recruitment tracking systems
* Supporting the wider HR and payroll team with day‑to‑day tasks as required
🔹 Desirable Experience:
* Knowledge of iTrent (highly desirable)
* Experience in Education (highly desirable)
* Previous experience in a dual HR/payroll role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
