An enthusiastic and committed Safeguarding Officer is required to work as part of a safeguarding team promoting the welfare, safety, and mental health of students. The successful applicant will support the implementation of safeguarding and child-protection procedures across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update safeguarding and child-protection records.
Work collaboratively with pastoral, inclusion, and senior leadership teams.
Promote positive mental health and wellbeing across the organisation.
Ensure compliance with statutory safeguarding requirements and audits.
Essential Criteria
Experience in a safeguarding, pastoral, or welfare role within education.
Strong communication and administrative skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters sensitively and professionally.
Full commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusion.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
