Sales Coordinator | Temporary | Part-Time | Bingley Based Temporary Sales Coordinator (Part-Time) Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Bingley – Onsite We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team on a part-time ongoing temporary basis. This role is pivotal in supporting our Senior Consultants and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers throughout their journey. Sales experience is essential, as the successful candidate will play a key role in customer engagement, sales administration, and supporting the overall sales process. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Sales Consultants. Assist in the planning and execution of events, including managing invitations and customer communications. Coordinate and manage sales-agreed incentives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Oversee and support customer move-ins, ensuring a smooth, positive, and professional experience. Conduct engaging and informative show-arounds for prospective customers, showcasing our offerings with confidence and enthusiasm. Maintain and manage sales files from reservation through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Perform any other relevant duties as requested by the Sales Consultant to support the wider sales function. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Confident in conducting tours and engaging with prospective customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
