Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist
Location: Heywood, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £43,000 + bonus
Hour of work: Full time, Monday–Friday with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to support children with complex care needs across the North West. This role offers a strong work–life balance with office and community-based work.

Role overview:
1. Manage complex caseloads including paediatric packages
2. Develop and review care plans
3. Train and assess care staff
4. Ensure clinical quality and compliance
5. Review MAR charts and care documentation
6. Build strong relationships with families and MDTs
Skills needed:
7. Airway management including tracheostomy care
8. Ventilation management
9. Enteral feeding (PEG/JEJ/NG)
Experience with neurological or spinal conditions is beneficial.
Requirements:
10. NMC Pin with at least 2 years’ post qualification nursing experience
11. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
12. Strong clinical judgement
13. Flexibility to support regional packages
