Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Regional Sales Manager to grow our presence across the New England region. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about premium hospitality products, excels at relationship-building, and thrives in a commission-driven, entrepreneurial environment. You will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing client relationships, and delivering high-touch sales service to the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell a curated portfolio of premium hospitality brands to hotels, restaurants, and hospitality operators.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts while introducing new lines and seasonal product updates.
* Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and line showings.
* Collaborate with brand principals and internal teams on proposals, pricing, and custom requests.
* Provide exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up.
* Attend regional trade shows, industry events, and product training sessions.
* Report regularly on sales activity, opportunities, and market intelligence.

Qualifications
* 3+ years of successful sales or foodservice experience, preferably within tabletop, hospitality supplies, or luxury goods.
* Proven ability to develop and close new business in the hotel or restaurant sector.
* Strong organizational skills and self-discipline for managing a remote territory independently.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for design-driven products, the hospitality industry, and creating long-term client relationships.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
* Willingness and ability to travel throughout the New England region.
Compensation
* This is a commission-only role with no base salary. Earnings are performance-based, with high potential for individuals who can build and sustain strong client pipelines and close new business. Commission percentages vary by brand and are paid monthly on collected revenue.
