Partner Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Winning New Partnerships: Identify and qualify prospective target Direct Partner opportunities by conducting research and analysis to find potential partners that align with the company's objectives and target market. Qualify these opportunities based on strategic fit, potential business level, and other relevant criteria.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners: Continuously develop and build a pipeline by proactively engaging with prospects, building relationships across relevant stakeholders, and maintaining engagement throughout the sales process.
* Establish productive relationships with decision makers: Develop strong relationships with key individuals such as MDs, CEOs, CTOs, COOs, and senior developers within potential partner companies. Foster trust, credibility, and collaboration to advance partnership opportunities.
* Present and negotiate commercial agreements: Prepare compelling presentations to highlight the value proposition of partnering. Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements aligned with company guidelines and objectives.
* Manage partner sales cycle: Oversee the entire sales process from initial engagement, qualification, negotiation, and contract signing to onboarding, go-live, and pilot phases. Address obstacles proactively.
* Agree on go-to-market strategy: Collaborate with partners to define and agree on strategies for implementation, pilots, ongoing support, and revenue goals.
* Coordinate with internal teams: Ensure seamless coordination with technical support and other teams to address integration and technical requirements.
* Work with legal and commercial stakeholders: Negotiate contracts ensuring legal compliance and protect company interests.
* Provide reports: Generate regular updates on pipeline, progress, and key metrics, offering insights and strategies for growth.
* Support sales team: Offer support and expertise to achieve sales and business targets.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience or degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related fields; relevant training or experience can substitute for a degree.
* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
* Experience in client-facing roles and/or the financial industry.
