The Role:

Are you a master of organisation with a passion for people and precision? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, managing complex diaries and high-level stakeholders with ease?

Agria is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant for a maternity cover contract of up to 12 months, supporting our Managing Director and UK Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role offers more than support; it provides an opportunity to be at the heart of a purpose-driven company that values initiative, collaboration, and excellence.

Our office is in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, operating on a hybrid model with one day in the office (Wednesdays), with some flexibility required. We are looking for someone to join from mid-October.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Diary Management: Manage calendars for the Managing Director and SLT, including travel and international arrangements.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the UK and wider Agria Group for seamless communication.
3. Meeting Mastery: Record accurate minutes for key committees and leadership forums.
4. Event Coordination: Organise offsite meetings, training sessions, and company events.
5. Presentation & Reporting: Create impactful PowerPoints and leadership reports.
6. Logistics & Hospitality: Support visitors with travel, accommodation, and meeting schedules.
7. Expense Management: Assist with expense submissions and credit card reconciliations.
8. Carbon Tracking: Maintain records for hotel and catering bookings to support sustainability.
9. Employee Engagement: Contribute to wellness initiatives, social events, and the Employee Forum.

What we’re looking for:

* Experience in the insurance industry, understanding its pace, people, and priorities.
* Proven success as a Personal or Executive Assistant to senior leaders.
* Exceptional diary and stakeholder management skills.
* Confidence in minute-taking, presentation creation, and managing multiple priorities.
* Outstanding communication skills across all levels.
* High integrity, confidentiality, and initiative.
* Flexibility and adaptability to a growing business.
