We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Estates Officer to join our client's team in Gravesend!
What You'll Do:
As an Estates Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our facilities are the best they can be. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and maintaining the school estate, ensuring all areas are safe, clean, and operational.
Overseeing maintenance schedules and coordinating repairs with contractors.
Conducting regular inspections and assessments of the property.
Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders to create a positive and functional environment.
Implementing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.What We're Looking For:

Experience in facilities management or a related field.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
