Role Description
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling content, engaging with audiences, and monitoring performance metrics.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
Improve, update and maintain the company website.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate and support events, conferences, and trade shows.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
Main Deliverables in Role
Delivery of planned marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and business development objectives.
Regular creation and publication of high-quality content across social media channels, aligned to campaign themes and company messaging.
Up-to-date, accurate, and engaging company website content, including news, case studies, and product or project information.
Professionally presented marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and event collateral.
Basic performance reporting on marketing activity, including social media engagement, website metrics, and campaign outcomes.
Effective coordination and marketing support for events, exhibitions, and conferences, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
Education
Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Alternatively, demonstrable practical marketing experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
Experience
Some prior experience in a marketing, communications, or digital role (in-house or agency).
Experience creating content for social media, websites, or marketing materials.
Exposure to and involvement in organisational rebranding initiatives
Experience within engineering, energy, technology, or sustainability sectors is advantageous but not essential.
Skills
Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong visual awareness.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of website content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing principles.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practice, particularly in relation to website content and performance.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while also being comfortable working independently.
Genuine interest in sustainability, renewable energy, or clean technology.
