They're looking for an experienced Internal Engagement Manager to help bring this vision to life across the organisation - ensuring every colleague, from the Boardroom to apprentices, feels informed, involved, and inspired by their shared direction. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role within their marketing team, working closely with HR, Business Change, and leadership teams to design and deliver inclusive engagement programmes that connect people to our purpose, strengthen their culture, and support positive change. Bring the refreshed brand and values to life through storytelling, events, and visual content. Support leaders and managers to communicate effectively and confidently with their teams.
