LOCATION: Hersham
HOURS: 9am – 12pm, Monday to Friday (office-based)
SALARY: £24,000 – £26,000 Pro Rata
Our client, a small but thriving and ambitious company based in Hersham, is on the lookout for a Part-Time Sales Administrator to become a key part of their close-knit but growing team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be a vital player in the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from order to delivery. Responsibilities include:
* Processing customer orders and invoices
* Completing export documentation (experience a bonus!)
* Liaising with customers, couriers, and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries
* Updating customer portals and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with credit control tasks and following up on aged debtors
* Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently
* Managing sample dispatches and courier bookings
* Keeping the stock room organised and replenished
* Supporting general office duties: filing, post, meeting prep, phones, and admin tasks
* Sometimes that includes making the tea, loading the dishwasher, or helping bring in pallets with a colleague. Everyone rolls up their sleeves in this team!
Requirements:
* Experience in order processing is essential
* Familiarity with export documentation and Sage is highly desirable
* A strong team player with the ability to multitask and work independently
* Impeccable attention to detail and great communication skills
* Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel
