Responsibilities: As the Business Design Specialist (Architecture), I will lead and support solution and technical design activities across our product portfolio, fostering team alignment and delivery excellence. I will drive a high-performance culture in architecture and design while promoting innovation and continuous improvement. Collaboration with design specialists will be key to delivering unified, end-to-end product change solutions. I will identify and implement opportunities for synergy, efficiency, and innovation through deep portfolio knowledge. Additionally, I'll establish and evolve Communities of Practice focused on architecture standards, tooling, and ways of working while championing Agile principles to accelerate delivery pace and ensure alignment with our strategic vision for IT.
