About the Role
As the Banking Assistant, you will work to month-end deadlines, including completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure accurate bank reconciliations, cash postings, and cash flow reporting. You will collaborate closely with the Offshore Teams to meet deadlines, including Month-End Close procedures. The role requires strong collaboration with the Accounting Teams and other key departments.
Skills & Experience
* 1 year experience in a Finance environment
* Banking portal experience is an advantage
* Experience with Financial postings and ERP systems (Protas or others)
* Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Applications
* Strong communication skills – able to work with both external and internal customers
* Problem-solving and issue resolution skills
* Maths and English to GCSE (A-C)
* Tenacity to resolve queries and problems
* Ability to work as part of a team and collaboratively
