Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Role Summary: Working closely as part of the machine shop manufacturing team to produce high-quality machined products supporting assembly and tubing functions. Collaborating with the Setter role to enable production of various sizes, lengths, and specifications of machined products for industries including Biopharma, Medical, Water, Food, and Special Processing.
2. What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the production of machined components from various materials for WMFTS pumps and direct sales globally.
* Providing support for various production activities, including end-of-line processes.
* Embracing Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout the machining process, working with Team Leaders to develop and implement new ideas.
* Supporting and driving 5S activities to ensure an efficient and safe workspace.
* Participating in process improvement investigations, including Root Cause analysis and Corrective Actions.
Skills/Experience:

* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment within a machine shop.
* Machining or engineering background is advantageous.
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
