About the Role
Retail is ever-changing, and as we continue to transform our stores and grow our online proposition to meet increasing customer demand, we are looking for customer-focused leaders to drive service excellence across both store and online operations. Our Operations Managers are key to executing our future strategy and are responsible for leadership and profitability of online operations, the food hall, nights, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will ensure high operational standards, foster a high-performance culture, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for both in-store and online customers. You will work a three-week rolling rota including weekends, evenings, and late nights and may be solely responsible for the store at times, requiring confidence in overseeing all operations.
About You
You will have a proven track record in leading diverse teams, delivering operational excellence, and working in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability, attention to detail, and effective plan execution are essential. You will have an engaging leadership style, be a strong coach and mentor, and influence at all levels. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach depending on your audience are also important. This role offers the opportunity to be part of retail transformation and make a daily difference to customer experience both in-store and online.
