Agriculture Data Product Manager - Hybrid / Remote (UK & Ireland) - £80, DOE + Bonus
The Job:
- Own the full lifecycle of data products, from strategy and roadmap to delivery, adoption, and continuous optimisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and developers to deliver scalable solutions using SQL Server, Power BI, and AWS cloud services
- Apply Operational Research (ORR) techniques and data modelling to guide product strategy and decision-making
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and security standards are upheld
- Monitor and report on product performance, driving improvements in user experience and value
- Identify opportunities for innovation and new product development

The Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Data Product Manager in a data or technology-focused business
- Technical expertise with SQL Server, Power BI, and AWS (cloud/data services)
- Experience applying Operational Research (ORR) methods such as optimisation, modelling, or advanced analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable product decisions
- Industry knowledge in agriculture, food supply chain, or similar is advantageous but not essential – applications from other sectors are welcome
- Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of aligning product strategies to business objectives
