Electrical Contracts Manager -Building Services Location: Exeter | Permanent | Full-time We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established MEP projects team based in Exeter. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a business known for delivering high-quality building services projects across both local and national portfolios. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will take full ownership of multiple electrical projects, including traditional and Design & Build schemes. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
