At Creators Academy, we help creative teams and individuals learn, create and perform better. We're looking for a Sales Manager to engage with our top-of-funnel conversations, deliver compelling demos, asssemble and deliver on outreach campaigns and help more teams discover the value of Creators Academy.
We deliver online training courses, as well as provide a creative focused skills software platform for businesses that want to develop their marketing, social and creative staff.
What You'll Own
* Outbound prospecting
– You'll identify, qualify, and reach out to creative leads at agencies, in-house teams, and media brands.
* Lead nurturing & qualification
– From first message to booking the call, you'll make sure the right people are showing up to the right demos.
* Sales demos
– Confidently lead engaging walkthroughs of our Creators Academy for Teams platform, tailored to the prospect's challenges.
* Pipeline reporting
– Work with our CRM to keep the sales pipeline updated, clean, and conversion-optimised.
* Collaborating on campaigns
– Work closely with marketing to test messaging, follow up on campaigns, and help shape what's resonating in the field.
You'll Thrive In This Role If…
* You're energised by outreach and conversation – cold messages and outreaching is very important, maximising tools like LinkedIn pro-actively and not just awaiting marketing campaign outcomes.
* You've run product demos or software walkthroughs – and you don't hide behind a deck.
* You know how creative teams work – bonus if you've sold into marketing, design, training or digital content roles before.
* You're organised and confident navigating objections without getting defensive
* You're vested in supporting the success of the team and business and not just looking for individual reward
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years in a sales, BDR, or SDR role – ideally in SaaS, creative services, or education.
* Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive is a plus).
* A genuine curiosity about people, creativity, and improving how teams work.
* The ability to take initiative, run experiments, and share back what's working.
