Job Description
* Driving HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
* Supporting and managing outsourced services to bolster our offerings, with a particular focus on outsourced engineering.
* Providing HR advice and support to the leadership team.
* Overseeing talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
* Leading change management initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
* Managing employee relations issues, providing guidance and recommendations as necessary.
* Collaborating with HR colleagues to deliver best practice HR solutions.
* Analysing HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HRBP should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Proven experience supporting engineering teams in tech companies .
* Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to develop strong relationships at all levels within the organisation.
