## Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role**Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | about the role** We are looking for a Regional Training Manager (RTM) for each of our five regions. The five regions are Auckland North, Auckland South, Central North Island, Lower North & Upper South and the Southern region.This is a key role in ensuring the Electoral Commission meets its quality assurance goals.You will support the Regional Manager and Regional Advisors by providing oversight of all training activity across the region and assisting with the delivery of that training to Electorate Managers, Recruitment & Rostering Managers and/ or Logistic and Supplies Managers as well as delivering the training component at regional meetings.You will assist with the selection of Area and Electorate Trainers. You will train Area Trainers and assist with the development of their training schedules. You will also assess them while they conduct their training sessions to ensure training standards are met, as well as assess that Electorate Trainers understand the training they receive. You will also assist the Regional Advisor in preparing the post-election training schedule and delivering the Post Election training where appropriate.Some travel around the Region and to the National Office in Wellington will be required.The pay rate for this role is: $41.66 plus 8% holiday pay. This is a 20 hour a week casual role.**Mōhou ake | About you**You are a people-focused leader with proven experience in training and delivery, capable of delivering exceptional results.
