A rare opportunity has arisen for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. This post will include working closely with teachers to deliver whole-class and small group sessions. Initially working in either key stage 1 or key stage 2 you will need to have the skills to help the children they work with to thrive and the opportunity to be part of a genuinely inclusive progressive school community.
You will need to:
* hold an HLTA or equivalent qualification
* have strong communication skills
* have had experience of working in an educational setting
* be flexible and happy to work as part of a team
* be dedicated to helping all children to thrive
* involve yourself in the life of the school beyond the classroom.
