Main responsibilities
* Lead the local screening and monitoring strategy and programs leveraging partnerships and innovative techniques (advanced analytics, AI for people at risk profiling)
* Co-design a data-driven monitoring strategy to identify and monitor patients progressing through different stages of T1D and / or people at risk of T1D
* Be the voice of the UK in the global early detection strategy
* Identify and drive strategic external partnerships
* Collaborating with Patient Experience team to inform the end-to-end patient journey development
* Coordinate and work closely with the field medical teams on the implementation of the end-to-end patient / person-at-risk journey
* Collecting and sharing the best practices with the country and Global teams
About you
* Education and Desired Experience :
o Advanced degree or PhD relevant to the field of Rare disease or Autoimmune disease
o Previous experience in patient identification and data analytics
o Experience in developing or using analytical tools
* Soft skills :
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Highly collaborative, with ability to work with Global and cross functional teams
o Ability to prioritize multiple projects
o Ability to work agile, demonstrate creativity and be a strong team player
o Self-driven, results-oriented with ambition for value creation
o Strong PMO skills with the ability to lead, simplify and move at pace, large complex programs
* Technical skills :
o Strong background in national health initiatives, data analytics or launching products requiring monitoring/screening
o Experience in building partnerships with screening infrastructure players and in developing data-driven solutions, including AI to monitor and identify people at risk
o Experience in driving consensus, contributing to guidelines development
* Languages : Strong communication and presentation skills in English both written and verbal
