Position Responsibilities
Support the Chief Test Pilot and BT&E UK Leadership Team with the day‑to‑day running of the flying/test organisation. Support the Flight Test Operations team in the execution and delivery of any ongoing flight trials. Conduct internal audits – developing a system for tracking, conducting and reporting on internal audits in order to output quality metrics and support air safety judgement. Maintain the drumbeat of team meetings and track team decisions and actions using the Centrik tool. Maintain the team processes, templates, org structure and list of responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities. Track team performance and generate internal metrics. Conduct and document continuous‑improvement activities for the team.
Qualifications
* Studying towards a business or engineering degree
* Confident user of MS Office tools particularly Powerpoint, Excel, Word and OneNote
* Confident and clear communicator
* Self‑starter, able to work without routine supervision
* Interest in flying and business operations
* Evidence of analytical skills/data analysis
* Expected to undergo a Security Clearance Process, which will require five years uninterrupted residency in the UK prior to applying
* Position does not offer relocation; candidates must live within a commutable distance
