Job Title: Shipping Analyst
Client: Global engineering & manufacturing client
Location: Desford
Hourly Rate: £18.46 PAYE, £24.13 Umbrella
Duration: 12 months
Working arrangements: Monday - Friday full-time onsite
About the Role:
1. You will report to the Traffic & Customs Supervisor providing administrative support to all areas of the Shipping department.
2. The core role is managing freight invoices, processing from different suppliers, service validation, making sure contract needs are met and getting invoices ready for payment.
Key Skills:
3. Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, Powerpoint & Word.
4. Excel – pivot tables, v look ups, formulas. Good data analysis skills within excel.
5. Knowledge of border control highly desirable.
