Duties

* Handle complaints and resolve issues by analysing customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on outstanding issues.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and financial services offerings.
Skills
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in the financial services sector is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
* Strong analytical skills to assess situations, identify problems, and implement solutions promptly.
