As a Sales Team Leader you will be working within a call centre environment responsible for leading, developing and coaching a team of 10‑15 Travel Sales Consultants with the aim of improving their performance, profitability and conversion.
This role will involve day‑to‑day management, and you will demonstrate a hands‑on approach and a "lead from the front" attitude, inspiring others to deliver the end‑to‑end results.

Job Description
* Lead by example through personal sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service and strong conversion results.
* Act as a point of support for complex bookings and customer queries.
* Support and encourage the team to sell added‑value products and upgrades to enhance customer experience and overall revenue.
* Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular coaching, feedback, and development support.
* Ensure accurate input of bookings into the in‑house system and partner booking platforms.
* Report daily to the call centre manager on all sales‑related activity.
Skills Required
* Minimum 3 years’ experience within a travel agency sales environment.
* Previous experience in a team leader or mentoring role is advantageous.
* Strong and confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.

* Starting salary of £25,0000 + uncapped commission (£65,000 OTE).
