Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Chain Team Leader in maintaining a cost-effective and efficient supply chain. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring supplier on-time delivery, stock availability, and product quality remain at the forefront of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Supply Chain Team Leader in planning and forecasting activities.
* Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet demand requirements.
* Uphold strict quality standards throughout the supply chain process.
* Utilise your excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Harness your proficiency in Excel to analyse data and generate insightful reports.
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of supply chain administration.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in supply chain administration is essential.
* Proven track record in planning and forecasting.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Location: Banbury Salary: £27,000 per annum
