About Our Milton Keynes Browns Wood Nursery
Our Ofsted-rated Good nursery in Milton Keynes Browns Wood is a warm, welcoming setting for up to 101 children. Youll be leading a passionate, long-standing team including our talented in-house chef all committed to delivering exceptional early years education and care.
We take pride in our strong community links, collaborating with local schools and families through events like stay-and-play sessions and parents evenings. The nursery is conveniently located with a bus stop nearby and free on-site parking for staff.

Required Qualifications:
About you:
* We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
* You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
* You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
* NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
