Key Responsibilities:
6. Lead, coach, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales and service KPIs.
7. Drive commercial performance while maintaining brand integrity and luxury standards.
8. Oversee daytoday retail operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
9. Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights and reporting.
10. Support recruitment, training, and development of store management teams.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational best practice.

12. Proven experience in a luxury or premium retail management role.
13. Strong commercial acumen with a resultsdriven mindset.
14. Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
15. Highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
16. Available to start immediately or at short notice.
