As a Full-time Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on assisting with quoting small repairs from LOLERS, callouts, and service requests. This requires a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to accurately assess repair needs and provide competitive quotes.
Key Responsibilities Assist with quoting small repairs from LOLERS, callouts, and service requests
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Manage and maintain customer databases and records
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry
Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Assist in organizing and participating in sales events and trade shows
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in quoting small repairs from LOLERS, callouts, and service
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with CRM software and sales management tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
