The Marketing Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the operational delivery of group marketing activity across all franchise brands and locations, with responsibility for marketing administration, CRM coordination, GDPR processes, campaign operations and departmental workflow support.
The role will help ensure the efficient delivery of marketing activity while supporting compliance, data governance and operational consistency across the group. The post holder is entrusted with supporting the marketing team in campaign setup, measurement and reporting, driving improved attribution and insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of group and retailer marketing campaigns
- Assist with campaign setup and distribution across multiple platforms
- Coordinate marketing assets and retailer communications
- Support internal campaign planning processes
- Maintain marketing calendars and workflow trackers
- Support CRM database management and cleansing
- Assist with customer retention and aftersales campaign administration
- Support email marketing administration and campaign setup
- Coordinate GDPR and customer data requests
- Assist with compliance administration relating to OEM and group requirements
- Ensure marketing processes align with internal governance procedures
- Collate campaign reporting and performance data
- Coordinate supplier administration and marketing documentation
- Maintain accurate marketing records
- Provide operational support to Marketing Executives and the wider marketing team
- Assist retailers with marketing requests and campaign coordination
- Support events, retailer launches and local marketing activity where required
About you
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels
- Logical and critical problem solving skills
- Command of the English language with excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
- Previous experience in a marketing role or similar previous involvement with creating content in highly regulated industries
- Experience within the motor industry
- Working knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Regulations
Qualifications
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent, ideally in Business Studies or a Marketing related field.
- A Business Studies, Marketing or related discipline from CIM or similar.
