They are currently seeking a great Estate Agent at either Senior Sales Negotiator, Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager level for their busy Addlestone offices with a salary to fit the role and experience level. Previous Estate Agency experience is essential, and some knowledge of the local area would be very helpful. The ability to win new business and list instructions for the right price at the right fee is one of the company’s main requirements. You will need to be well-spoken, well-presented, articulate, enthusiastic and charismatic; you will be able to sell yourself, your company and the services that they offer; and you will need to be a great team player!
