We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead a £45 million mixed-use development in West London, delivered by a reputable main contractor. The scheme comprises three residential blocks (RC frame) totalling 110 units, alongside the construction of a new school facility, creating a technically varied and high-profile project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with strong residential and structural experience who is confident managing complex programmes, multiple stakeholders, and live education requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from pre-construction through to handover
* Managing site and project teams, including Senior Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
* Programme planning, sequencing, and progress reporting
* Budget control, cost reporting, and risk management in collaboration with Commercial teams
* Coordination with design teams, consultants, and statutory authorities
* Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Client liaison and stakeholder management, particularly relating to the school element
* Driving performance, build quality, and programme certainty
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor on large-scale residential developments
* Strong knowledge of RC frame construction and multi-block schemes
* Experience delivering projects in the £30m–£60m range
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black), and First Aid qualifications essential
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Experience working on mixed-use or education projects desirable
* Strong understanding of planning conditions, building regulations, and handover processes
