What role will you play?
In this role, you support two Directors within the Finance People and Engagement team, helping create clarity and momentum in a dynamic environment. You coordinate busy diaries across time zones, streamline travel arrangements, and keep shifting priorities on track. You work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring interactions run smoothly and the team remains well prepared for upcoming commitments. With an open, solutions focused mindset, you anticipate needs, navigate busy periods, and handle sensitive information with care. Your energy, initiative, and ability to bring order to complexity help the team stay connected, productive, and ready to deliver
What you offer

* You will ideally have around 2 years' experience working in a similar assistant role supporting a team and senior stakeholders.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Experience providing proactive support in a fast paced, professional setting
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with confidence navigating competing priorities
* Clear, adaptable communication skills and the ability to build constructive relationships
* Sound judgement, discretion and a collaborative, solutions focused approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Exce l
